The Jalur Gemilang |
The Malaysian Flag Jalur Gemilang also known as "Strips Of Glory". Bearing a crescent with a 14-point star known as the Bintang Persekutuan or Federal Star it has 14 alternating red and white stripes along the fly and a blue canton
Each 14 stripes, of equal width, represent the equal status in the federation of the 13 member states and the federal government, while the 14 points of the star represent the unity between these entities.
The crescent represents Islam, the country's official religion; the yellow of the star and crescent is the royal colour of the Malay rulers; the blue canton symbolizes the unity of the Malaysian people. This blue canton was originally chosen to represent a connection between the federation and the Commonwealth but this was gradually downplayed and eventually supplanted by its current interpretation.

Sepang International F1 Circuit |
The Sepang F1 International Circuit is the venue used for the Formula One Malaysian Grand Prix, A1 Grand Prix as well as the MotoGP Malaysian Grand Prix. It is also used as a venue for many other major motorsport events.
Widely regarded as a benchmark for other Grand Prix venues, the Sepang circuit boasts superb pit garage and media facilities, as well as impressive grandstands and patron amenities. Some complaints have been raised regarding the unevenness of the surface, as the track appears to be slowly sinking. This is possibly due to the fact that Sepang was built on the site of a former swamp.
The circuit was designed by renowned German designer Hermann Tilke, who would subsequently design the impressive new facilities in Shanghai, Bahrain and Turkey.
The main circuit, normally raced in a clockwise direction, is 5.54 kilometres long, and is noted for its sweeping corners and wide straights. The layout is quite unusual, with a very long back straight separated from the pit straight by just one very tight hairpin.
Other configurations of the Sepang circuit can also be used. The north circuit is also raced in a clockwise direction. It is basically the first half of the main circuit. The course turns back towards the pit straight after turn 6 and is 2.71 kilometres long in total.
The south circuit is the other half of the racecourse. The back straight of the main circuit becomes the pit straight when the south circuit is in use, and joins onto turn 8 of the main circuit to form a hairpin turn. Also run clockwise, this circuit is 2.61 km in length.
Sepang International Circuit also features kart racing and motocross facilities.

Proton Perdana |
The Proton Perdana is a mid-size car produced by Proton. It is a "badge engineered version of the 7th-generation Mitsubishi Eterna and is currently Proton's flagship. Unfortunately, at that time Eterna was not a very popular Mitsubishi model in Japan. But the sales boomed up after a while Proton Perdana came out into the industry.
The car is Proton's first to offer an anti-lock braking system (ABS) and cruise control.
The Perdana was first introduced in 1995 with Mitsubishi's proven 2.0 L 4G63 engine. In 1997, it was facelifted with a chrome grill, a new rim design and new colours and interior trim.
In 1999, Proton shoehorned a 2.0 L 6A12 V6 engine (also sourced by Mitsubishi) into the Perdana. The so-called Perdana V6 also had a new bodykit and 16" rims. The original Perdana soldiered on for a short while before it was dropped.
In 2004, the Perdana V6 was given a major facelift, gaining a new Alfa Romeo-esque front grill and new bumpers. Inside, it was given a new aluminium-effect trim.
A replacement for the current Perdana model is expected in 2007, possibly based on the Australian Mitsubishi 380, itself a modified Galant.

What is melayu boleh blah? |
Ever wonder what is melayu boleh blah? and why I chose that name phrase as a blog name?
Well, it came from a challenge brought up by founder of wangcyber.com. The challenge was to get the highest posible rank in either yahoo! or Google when melayu boleh was search up using both search engines. It a SEO challenge. So basically, one of SEO rules is to insert the related keyword, in this situation, melayu boleh.
To save budget, using a free web or domain service is considered the best option. In this case, using blogger. Then choosing the right domain name is another key factor. So I tried for melayu boleh for the domain name. But unfortunately, it was taken by someone. And guess what, the person who took that name, took it a few years ago but has only posted a few post. What a waste.
So the only option was to add another word at back or front. There was a few ideas for the word. At first I was considering to use the word "Lah". It dosent mean anything generally, more like and to emphasize a sentence in Malay language.
Then My brother came, He suggested to add "B" which makes it "Blah" generally meaning to go away, or chiow or let's go. It sounded quite nice. Hence melayu boleh blah was selected for the blog name. Coincidently, the main purpose of the challenge is actually to block porn base web that uses melayu boleh as the keyword. ( read preavious post: info-on-phrase-melayu-boleh)
So melayu boleh blah is a metaphor meaning "go away porn based web site that uses melayu boleh as keyword" (~whateva that means~).

Tweaking melayu boleh for listing |
Age of melayu boleh blah!
This melayu boleh blah! blog is currently 2 days old. Created it yesterday using blogger's blog engine. Creating it was easy. Picking the right template,...hmmm... Indeed hard as a rock. It took me about more than 10 templates to choose. Finding them was harder. I was trying to find a three column template for blogger beta. After searching-and searching and searching ( it's like finding a needle in a hey stack) finally found the a web forum that has blogger beta templates. I found it at... Damn!, I forgot the site address...
Hold up a sec... Found it... It's http://www.blogcrowds.com/. Most of the template are based on blogger's template. Wordpress templates are easier to find. Belive me on that.
After hard works of finding a template, it was time to upload it. That's another easy job. Then came the hard part. Tweaking for the correct look. At first it was all jumbled up. It took me an hours just to configured out the correct layout. Then I wasn't satisfy with the template. So I search for another one. (read this paragraph 8 times. That's how many times it took me before I was really satisfy with the looks.)
Finally, the basic layout was created for melayu boleh blah! blog.
That was only for the layout.
